In November of 2012, I attended Camp Mighty, and in preparation, we were all charged with writing this  Life List.  Basically, it’s 100 or so things that you want to accomplish. In your whole life. Since Camp Mighty, I have been able to cross a few off my list, but I look forward to hitting this List with a vengeance in 2014.

- Ride in a hot air balloon
- Learn to sight-read music
- Learn to sight sing
- Learn Italian
- Live in Italy
- Write a novel
- Learn to play the piano
- Visit Hawaii
- Do headstands in yoga with no fear. Every time.
- Take advanced cooking classes
- Visit Greece
- Work with a personal trainer to get into amazing shape
- Own my own apartment in NYC
- Perform in a musical on Broadway
- Take that tap class in NoHo I’ve been thinking about
- Vacation in Sedona, AZ
- Vacation in Napa
- Eat at French Laundry
- Snorkel
- Shoot a gun at a shooting range
- Swim with dolphins
- Take a helicopter tour in Hawaii
- Learn Photoshop
- Road Trip USA! See All The Things
- Take a long Amtrak trip – sleep in a sleeper car!
- Visit Japan
- Go back to college and finish my degree
- Give a waitress a really big tip, preferably at the end of the month
- Wear shorts
- Do the 52 Weeks of Mail challenge
- Form production company with B the B.
- Own a house in Los Angeles that has a pool!
- Meet Patti LuPone
- Participate in a Color Run
- Give back to my parents
- Organize an old-fashioned block party like we had in Brooklyn when I was a kid
- Cook on TV
- Go Vegan, again.
- Conquer my fear of heights
- Go see the Coral Castle
- Go to Graceland
- Ride all the rides at Disney Paris!
- Research my family history
- Make caramel candy from scratch
- Kiss Bob the Builder on Valentine’s Day at the top of the Empire State Building
- Organize and host a charity event
- Be independently wealthy
- Take a bath, outside, in one of those really deep claw-foot tubs
- Go on a yoga retreat to India
- Spend two weeks at Disney World – see everything!
- Go to Harry Potter’s park. With all adults.
- Meet my relatives in Wales.
- Sing the national anthem at a sporting event. Doesn’t matter what sport.
- Learn how to use my sewing machine and make something with it.
- Attend NYC bridal fashion week
- record a singing demo
- Have a custom lipstick color named after me
- Become an excellent home-made bread maker.
- Learn how to successfully create these breads at home: focaccia, sourdough, whole wheat, rye, english muffin, roasted garlic, and cinnamon raisin.
- Learn basic automotive skills so that I don’t freak out and cry every time something goes wrong with my car.
- Buy a brand new, straight from the factory car
- Get together an earthquake/emergency kit
- Buy and wear more lingerie
- Read 52 books in a year
- Attend the Engage! Wedding Retreat
- Read and use as a guide “Bird by Bird”.
- Do The Artists Way again. Actually finish it this time.
- Contribute to someone’s college fund, perhaps anonymously.
- Have boudoir pics taken
- Attend a fancy event (awards show, formal ball) where I get to wear a fabulous gown (my wedding doesn’t count)
- Be part of a community of bloggers
- Â Plant a garden full of lavender
- Switch all my home cleaners to all natural ones
- Learn how to drive a stick shift
- Be invited to Mighty Summit.
- Become CPR certified
- Make a list of all the classic movies I haven’t seen. See them.
- Direct a musical (again)
- Fly in a private jet
- Have a real skee ball game in my house
- Fly first class, on a long flight.
- Learn to compost and make it a practice
- get new headshots taken by Dana Patrick
- Value experiences over possessions
- Grow and expand this blog.
- Start a new business
- Make $100,000.00 a year

84. Originate a role in a play that is then published. Get my name in the original cast list. (DONE! in 2009, before I even dreamed of this List!)
89. Skinny-dip at the beach (done! in 2007 at Sunset Beach, NC)
91. Visit Hearst Castle. (done! August 2013)
102. Run a 5K (completed 4/13/13)

I am actually doing #34 in 12 days. Bob the Builder and I are finally taking our honeymoon in the hills of Jamaica. They have already informed us that the internet is spotty, and if we need it, they have to “turn it on”. So, I think I’ll be dis-connected for at least 7 days. Let’s see how I do.
